Eagle Sports is a sports equipment wholesaler, so we don’t sell to the general public but instead sell through to companies in the sports industry, which is why the prices aren’t displayed on the main website. The cost of freight is on charged to the customer unless otherwise agreed to. 

There is a large number of factors that can affect the cost of freight including location, size of consignment, if any of the cartons are oversize and attract extra fees and whether the address is residential or business. 

The cost of freight will always appear on the invoice before you are required to pay that invoice and is not charged at a later date/separately to the goods purchased.

If you need a freight quote prior to goods being sent please leave those instructions when submitting your order. 

We try and avoid sending deliveries to Parcel Lockers and PO BOXES. If we absolutely have to it incurs an extra fee of $9.50 (this is the freight company’s fee, not ours). Non-bulky items only.

We follow closely the structure of the Australian Consumer guarantees when assessing claims for returns. If a product is in warranty with a minor fault where applicable we try to provide the appropriate spare part and if more major we provide an exchange or a credit whatever is most appropriate in the circumstances.
