The Patrick 1 Piece Agility Pole is an excellent multipurpose training tool.

Standing at 1600mm tall, this agility pole features a versatile screw base, meaning it can be used outdoors with the metal spike or the spike can be removed for use indoors with a rubber base (Sold seperately).

Great for a variety of training exercises across all sports, is a great tool for enhancing agility, balance and coordination, and can also be used for marking boundaries and corners.

Available in three bright, highly visible colours.
