Terms & Conditions

Below is the link to our full set of terms and conditions. Any order placed with Eagle Sports is subject to these full terms and conditions

As a quick note, without in any way limiting our terms and conditions, they are written as a bit of a safety net and often deal with the worst-case scenario situations.

Our preference is always to work through any issues with our customers and come up with an equitable solution for both sides and the terms and conditions only really come in to play as a last resort.

Eagle Sports retains the legal and beneficial ownership of all goods until the account is fully paid and satisfied

Shortages and Order Issues

For shortages, errors or damaged goods head office must be notified within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

The cost of freight is on charged to the customer unless otherwise agreed to, either in setting up the account or on a “free freight” specific deal. If you have any questions on freight or need an estimation or quote contact us at sales@eaglesports.com.au and we will do our best to give you an indication of the cost.

Accounts and Invoicing

For customers with a credit facility please note the accounts are strictly 30 days and are payable by the end of the calendar month following the date of the invoice.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery of goods should an account become overdue and until such time as overdue monies have been paid in full

Among other courses of action the Customer agrees that all expenses, costs and disbursements incurred by Eagle Sports in recovering any outstanding monies due from the Customer must be paid by the Customer.

Product Warranties

The Australian Consumer Law gives a number of consumer guarantees to Australian consumers. We follow the structure of those guarantees in dealing with claims for defects.

In a general sense (without limiting the consumer guarantees) that means we must provide you with products of acceptable quality. What that means can vary from product to product and takes into account both the type of product, its intended use, and the cost of the product.

We deal with claims for faulty products on a case-by-case basis. In assessing a claim we take into account a range of factors including (but not limited to):

  • Intended use vs actual use
  • Length and frequency of use
  • Type of fault – major or minor
  • Is the fault repairable?
  • Is there any evidence of misuse

As a matter of both style and philosophy we are more than happy to work through any situation and always strive to provide not only fair and equitable solutions but try and help our customers provide their customers with positive customer experiences.
