PATRICK Agility pole is a 2 piece screw base pole. 1600mm in height. The nickel plated steel base spike gives great fixture to the ground. Agility poles can be used for a variety of different fitness training drills, speed & agility, defensive drills & reflexes for all types of sports. Coaches & trainers can also use them to mark out boundary's & positions.
